These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store nexttee.no, operated by Nexttee AS, org. no. 938 139 911, Eiksveien 63, 1361 Østerås, Norway.
The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, the information provided in the ordering process, and any specifically agreed terms. Otherwise, the purchase is regulated by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, and the E-commerce Act.
Price and Payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. The total price, including shipping, is shown before you confirm the order. Payment is made via Vipps or card. The amount is charged immediately upon ordering.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Posten throughout Norway. The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the order confirmation. See Shipping and Returns for details.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act. See Shipping and Returns for the procedure.
Complaints
If the product has a fault or defect, you may file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us at anders@nexttee.no.
Conflict Resolution
Complaints should be directed to us within a reasonable time. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may bring the case to the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Committee (forbrukertilsynet.no).
