Shipping
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Norway via Posten. Normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you pay. In Norway: Standard NOK 139. Shipping is free on orders over NOK 999.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to proceed:
- Send an email to anders@nexttee.no with your order number and a notification that you wish to return the item.
- You will receive return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
- The amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 14 days after we have received the return.
Complaints
If there is a defect in the item, you have the right to file a complaint under the Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us, and we will arrange a replacement item or a refund, at no cost to you.
