Here we have gathered answers to the most common questions we receive. If you don't find what you are looking for, please feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to help.
What is Norges Golfkart?
Norges Golfkart is a scratch-off map of Norwegian golf courses. Underneath the matte top layer, there are 165 courses from all over the country, and for every course you have played, you scratch it off. It serves as a great memento on the wall and a fun way to keep track of your golfing journey.
How does the scratch-off map work?
You gently scratch off the top layer of the courses you have played to reveal the colors and details underneath. Feel free to use a coin or the back of a spoon. As you play new courses, your map will gradually fill in, course by course.
How many golf courses are included on the map?
The map features 165 Norwegian golf courses, from north to south. We have focused on including both the large, famous courses and the smaller, local gems.
Where is the map made?
The map is designed and produced in Norway, created specifically for Norwegian golfers. We are committed to high quality at every step, from design to print.
How big is the map?
The map is poster-sized (approx. 50 x 70 cm) and fits into standard poster frames. It is delivered unframed, so you can choose one that suits your home decor.
How do I best take care of the map?
Keep the map flat or framed, and avoid direct sunlight over long periods to keep the colors looking good. If it arrives in a mailing tube, you can place it under some books for a day or so, and it will flatten out before framing.
How much does Norges Golfkart cost?
The map costs 579 NOK. Right now, we have a launch offer of 499 NOK. If you order more, you get a volume discount—perfect if you want to give a map as a gift as well.
How is the map shipped, and what is the cost of shipping?
We send the map securely rolled in a mailing tube via Posten, so it arrives without creases or damage. Shipping costs 139 NOK, and you get free shipping on orders over 999 NOK.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship from Norway, and when the map is in stock, we normally dispatch it within a short time. The package usually arrives within a few business days via Posten.
How can I pay?
You can pay easily and securely with Vipps or by card at checkout.
Can I order multiple maps?
Yes, and it pays off. We have volume discounts on multi-packs, so the more you order, the cheaper each map becomes. Many people buy one for themselves and one as a gift for a golfing friend.
Can I order the map as a gift, or for a company or golf club?
Absolutely. The map is a popular gift for golf friends, and we are also happy to supply companies and golf clubs that want to give something extra to employees or members. Get in touch, and we can find a great solution together.
Can I order a custom course map or a hole-in-one poster?
Yes. In addition to Norges Golfkart, we create bespoke golf art: course maps of your own home course, signature holes, and personalized hole-in-one posters. Since each project is unique, we take these orders via email. Get in touch, and we will figure it out together.
